The Crestron® AV3 is an enterprise-class control system with an enhanced feature set including built-in control card expansion slots and a dedicated Control Subnet port.
AV3’s online store primarily serves users and resellers in the UK, Scandinavia and Southern Europe supplying a wide variety of creative plugins for most Editing and Effects platforms such as Adobe, Apple, Autodesk and Avid.
Graham Sharp, the Director of AV3 commented: ‘discussions have been going on for a while, but in the current business climate it makes sense to combine the platforms and leverage the joint buying power and streamlined operations to better serve our European customers. We are anticipating little to no disruption to any of our customer’s businesses and they will end up with a broader product portfolio to choose from’.
Jason Sharp, the CEO of Toolfarm said ‘We see this as a very exciting and strategic acquisition enabling us to extend our footprint and bring our broader product range to the European Market’.
